Who We Are

Kart AI is brought to you by Omni Research, a team of ecommerce and AI experts dedicated to empowering online retailers. Our headquarters are located in San Francisco, California.

As the joint controllers of your personal data, Omni Research processes information related to your use of the Kart AI platform and website in accordance with all applicable data protection laws.

We do not share your business information with other merchants using Kart AI. Your data may be shared with developers of Kart AI, but solely to improve our service and provide support. We may analyze aggregated, anonymized data to enhance our AI, but this never reveals identifying information about your business.

For Consumers

When you interact with Kart AI on a merchant website, some personal information may be shared with that specific merchant. This is limited to information about how you navigate through their site and any information you voluntarily disclose during your chat interactions with the AI assistant.

We want to emphasize that we do not share your browsing history or any information from outside the merchant's website. Your privacy is important to us, and we limit data sharing to only what is necessary for the AI assistant to function effectively on the merchant's platform.
